Cancellation Policy

Please text Kimi at 0439 546 841 to cancel or reschedule. We require 72 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be invoiced for 1/2 your booked session fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be invoiced for 100% of your session fee. All past due fees must be paid before a future session is booked.
