We will keep the focus on your mind-body-spirit connection and leading a healthy and balanced life. You will leave feeling heard and empowered. We also work with couples or families. Regarding trauma/abuse counselling, Michele holds specialised post graduate certification.
Support for Autistic Individuals and Carers
Have you or a loved one been diagnosed with Autism/Asperger's? We view autism as a difference not a disability. Drawing on 25 years of experience, we help people with autism achieve their best lives. Family members as well often benefit from practical teaching and understanding of how the autistic brain works. When we try to "socialise" or "normalise" those on the spectrum, the results can be tragic. Instead, we help these highly specialized individuals to thrive and their family members to support them.
Autoimmune Healing
Do you have an auto-immune disorder such as MS, lupus, fibromyalgia, Sjogren's, IBS, arthritis, etc? If you have a disease caused by inflammation, then the dietary Auto-Immune Protocol (AIP) is for you. The way you nourish your body will either increase or decrease your inflammation and symptoms. It's up to you. AIP can decrease your symptoms and may even put you into remission. We will coach you on the auto-immune protocol dietary plan, which is used to heal inflammation and promote gut health.
